Our sessions may be scaled to fit timeframes ranging from 50 minutes to 3 hours. In all cases, participants would leave these sessions with tangible tools to implement immediately and be inspired to drive impactful change in their businesses.

Become Unmistakable; Start the journey from Commodity to Oddity – Following the book, Mike and John share the story of how a decision to focus on employees put E&V on a 10-year path to becoming an unmistakable business. They will share specific strategies, inspirational stories and lessons learned along the journey to Become Unmistakable.

The Employee Journey

Onboarding, SIEVE analysis, uMapping, and raving fans – Mike and John share their talent management approach that has led to creating a “virtual employee waiting room” where highly skilled employees wait to join E&V as the company grows. Participants will learn unique strategies to attract and retain top talent while discovering employee needs in order to develop and connect them to the company’s purpose and plans in an Unmistakable way.

One of the most commonly reported challenges of any business leader is a difficulty connecting each employee to the overall goals of the organization. Employees often wonder, “Where do I fit in?” and, “How can I really make a difference?” Attendees will learn a technique called uMapping® by which employees visually communicate their responsibilities, goals and commitments to the company as well as express their personal desires for growth and education. Combining employee uMapping® with your corporate business plan will strengthen the individual employee’s connection to the company and give leaders a tool for both empowerment and accountability.
