Dive deep into your business as we walk alongside your TEAM to complete the journey to Become Unmistakable.  The journey begins with our CORE program where we conduct a Culture Audit for your business.  Next, Unmistakable TALENT develops employee-centric tools directly with your team to win the war for talent.  Finally, Unmistakable 360plus5 implements the TALENT program, combines it with left-brain approaches to planning and accountability, and takes the approach outside your walls to sustain and scale your business.

Unmistakable Core

Through a 1-3 day session, we will conduct a Culture Audit, assess the level of trust, collaboration and accountability within your company and determine the fitness of your employee journey.

Following the session, participants will receive a physical report recommending several tactics to improve in these areas and offer placement into one of our full-length programs: Unmistakable TALENT or Unmistakable360plus5.

TEAM Building

Learn methods to build stronger teams through vulnerability and trust. We’ll share specific approaches we have used to great success in our businesses to encourage collaboration and increase value. The TEAM will learn and practice methods to get them rowing in the same direction and eager to help one another be successful. Whether it’s through offsite retreats or everyday meetings, TEAM building never ends. Our approach ensures that you stay the course in the course of business.

Vision-Values Integration

We’ll show you how we’ve ditched the black-and-white left-brain approach to sharing vision and cascading messages and replaced it with highly-creative visual communication to connect all corners of our business. Artifacts, Beliefs and Stories (ABS)

Strong culture starts with strong A.B.S., or Artifacts, Beliefs and Stories. In this session, attendees will learn how each component of a company’s ABS will enhance employee engagement, strengthen your onboarding process and connect employees to your organization for the long term. Attendees will have a chance to “inventory” their own ABS and identify potential gaps in their organization.

Become Award Worthy

Take a different approach to third-party assessments.  We will show you how to use various award strategies that will generate invaluable feedback about your culture so that you may course correct to become Award Worthy.  Once you’ve made the jump, the awards start rolling, in creating pride among staff and envy among competitors.  Customers may view you in a different light as well.

Outside Your Walls

Once you’ve become employee-centric, the rest flows from there.  Each quarter, we will demonstrate how to extend the approach outside your walls to become vendor, customer, community-member, and, yes, even competitor “of the year”.

Quarterly Offsites

Each quarter, we will lead your TEAM through a quarterly check-in to assess progress to plan, practice new approaches, extend the approach outside your walls and continue building TEAM relationships.  We will establish a cadence for working “on” your business in collaboration and with accountability.
